Aerosmith Reschedules Tour Dates After Steven Tyler Injures Vocal Cords

American rock band, Aerosmith has rescheduled its tour dates after Steven Tyler suffered an injury to his vocal cords. Check out the announcement below.

The band shared the written post via Instagram where we read, “I’m heartbroken to say I have received strict doctor’s orders not to sing for the next thirty days,” the veteran singer explains. “I sustained vocal cord damage during Saturday’s show that led to subsequent bleeding. We’ll need to postpone a few dates so that we can come back and give you the performance you deserve.”

All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates, reads a statement from the band. Refunds will be available for those unable to attend, and anyone with questions regarding refunds is asked to contact the point of purchase.

Live Nation is producing Aerosmith’s final North American trek, which is scheduled to run through January 2024. “It’s not goodbye it’s PEACE OUT! Get ready and walk this way, you’re going to get the best show of our lives,” read a statement announcing the tour.

“Every night will celebrate the five decades of Aerosmith’s groundbreaking hits as they celebrate 50 years as America’s greatest rock band.”

  • Feb. 26 — PNC Arena, Raleigh. NC
  • Feb. 29 — Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Cleveland, OH
