Megan Thee Stallion has launched a new mental health resources website called “Seize The Awkward.” She teased the announcement on social media and officially launched the website on September 26.

In a video shared on her Instagram, Megan opened up about the importance of acknowledging vulnerability and seeking help when needed. She encouraged her fans to reach out to friends who may be going through a tough time.

“I’ve always been told I gotta be strong. Thick-skinned. Stiff upper lip. Tough as nails,” she says in a video. “But to be everything for everybody – it wears on you. ‘Black don’t crack,’ they say. But it can. I can. We all can.”

During an interview with Complex, Megan said that she was “making music that I really, really love. I’m making music that I’m not about to have to fight with anybody about”.

Megan Thee Stallion has been open about her own experiences with trauma, including being shot by Tory Lanez. While Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in prison, Megan has shared the impact it had on her mental health.
