Rock band, Pixies has released its first new song named “You’re So Impatient” with new bassist Emma Richardson. Listen to the full song below.
“‘You’re So Impatient’ is a slightly comedic suburban culture moment: There’s this guy; there’s this gal; there’s this tug-of-love dynamic going on.” In a press statement, Pixies frontman Black Francis said, “But the backdrop is the mall. And while the mall is crass, it’s also a very zombie, rock’n’roll horror movie setting.”
The track “You’re So Impatient” marked the first new song with bassist Emma Richardson and a cover of Jay Livingston and Ray Evans’ “Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be).”
