American singer & producer, Billie Eilish has encouraged fans to “please vote and wear a mask” while giving her acceptance speech for Top Female Artist at the 2020 Billboard Music Awards.

Last night’s ceremony on October 14th, Eilish was among the big winners, which was happened at an empty Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“This is so nuts. Thank you so much, Billboard,” Billie Eilish said while taking the award. “Thank you to all the women who have come before me and paved my way. I love you. Please vote, please wear a mask, please wash your hands. Be safe. Take care.

She added, “Lemme tells y’all something: when people try to suppress something, it’s normally because that thing holds power, they’re afraid of your power. There’s power in who you are. There’s power in your voice.”

Last night, Eilish won three awards named, Top Female Artist, Top New Artist, and Top Billboard 200 Album, and during her speech for Top Female Artist, the singer reiterated the importance of both voting in next month’s US election.

Recently, She announced her new “WHERE DO WE GO?” Livestream concert this month. WHERE DO WE GO? THE LIVESTREAM will take place on Saturday, October 24. This year, Eilish also won five Grammy Awards (including Album of the Year) and released the single “my future.”
