Brian Eno Drops New Track, ‘Lighthouse,’ Announces Soundtrack for ‘Eno’ Documentary

Musician and composer, Brian Eno has dropped his new track named ‘Lighthouse.’ Listen to the full song below.

He shared the news via social media to announce the documentary’s accompanying soundtrack, which will be released digitally on April 19, and on physical in North America and Mexico on June 7 – pre-order your copy now.

He wrote, “The official soundtrack to the 2024 Gary Hustwit documentary film ‘Eno’ will be released by UMR on April 19th (North America and Mexico LP/ CD release date June 7th). The 17 tracks album features work from early solo outings, acclaimed collaborations with the likes of David Bryne, John Cale, Cluster, and more recently, Fred again… all the way through to music from his latest album, ‘FOREVERANDEVERNOMORE’, and his 2022 appearance at the Acropolis in Athens with brother Roger. Also included are 3 previously unreleased recordings.

‘Eno’ – The definitive documentary about the visionary musician and artist Brian Eno, and is a groundbreaking generative film that’s different every time it’s shown. It will have its UK premiere at the Barbican Cinema, London on Saturday, the 20th of April, with a post-film conversation with Brian Eno, Gary Hustwit, and Brendan Dawes. For a chance to obtain early access to tickets, fans pre-ordering the album between now and this Wednesday at 16.00 GMT will be sent an exclusive code.”
