British singer and songwriter, Jorja Smith has released her brand new song named ‘By Any Means.’ Watch the full lyric video below.
The track is the first new single of Jorja Smith, and a lead single from Roc Nation’s forthcoming Reprise project, a brand new collection of songs curated by the label. Meanwhile, She also expressing her experiences in the Black Lives Matter movement and her dedication to social justice on her new song.
Smith said in a statement about the track experience, “The inspiration behind ‘By Any Means’ really came from going to the Black Lives Matter protest and leaving thinking, what can I do to keep this conversation going?, It’s not just a post on social media, it’s life.”
The proceeds of the track, which will go to funding organizations that support victims of police brutality, hate crimes, and other violations of civil rights. The track is co-written and produced by Ezrah Roberts-Grey.
The press launch additionally notes that Reprise was compiled with the intent to carry awareness to social justice points and proceeds. Charity companions for the project are, The Gathering for Justice, NACDL Foundation for Criminal Justice, Equal Justice Initiative Mission, and the Cop Accountability Project.

Last year, she linked up with Burna Boy for “Be Honest.” she also released her debut album Lost & Found in 2018. In May, she contributed a song to Damien Chazelle’s new Netflix series The Eddy.
