American singer-songwriter, Lana Del Rey has announced her new album named ‘Lasso.’
The new album will be out in September, Del Rey told the audience at the Billboard and NMPA Songwriter Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday night (Jan. 31).
”If you can’t already tell by our award winners and our performers, the music business is going country. We’re going country. It’s happening,” she said from the dais. “That’s why Jack has followed me to Muscle Shoals, Nashville, Mississippi, over the last four years.”
The forthcoming release is the followup to 2023’s Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd. The result of that musical journey is a new album slated for release in September, titled Lasso, she explained, her 10th studio LP.
