American indie musician, Phoebe Bridgers has launched her own record label named ‘Saddest Factory‘ with the partnership of current label Dead Oceans. She said in a statement, “The vision of the label is simple: good songs, regardless of genre.”
In an interview with Billboard, Phoebe Bridgers said, “It’s always been a dream of mine to have a label because I’m also such a music fan, I felt like if there’s cool stuff, I want to get it going and get it out to people as fast as possible.”

Recently, She joined the ‘CBS This morning‘ event on 12th September and performed three live tracks, Garden Song, Kyoto, & I Know The End. Also, in June, Bridgers released her sophomore album, Punisher, even as other artists delayed their projects amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Meanwhile, she performed a “Tiny Desk (Home) Concert” for NPR, in front of a green screen of the Oval Office. For her ‘Tiny Desk‘ performance she started with “Kyoto,” a story song based on her first trip to Japan, followed by a sweet version of “Moon Song” and then, the band kicks into her surreal doomsday tune “I Know the End.”
