American politician, Barack Obama, has officially revealed his 2025 favorite songs list, which includes BLACKPINK, Drake & many more. Check out the full playlist below.
On Thursday (Dec. 18), the former U.S. president took to social media to share a roundup of his favorite books, films, and songs of 2025. His music picks spanned pop and hip-hop hits, including Lady Gaga’s Mayhem standout “Abracadabra,” Dean’s “Nice to Each Other,” and Drake’s “Nokia.” Also making the list were Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s “Luther” and Chappell Roan’s breakout anthem “The Giver.”
Barack Obama shared his 2025 playlist via his social media with the caption, “As 2025 comes to a close, I’m continuing a tradition that I started during my time in the White House: sharing my annual lists of favorite books, movies, and music. I hope you find something new to enjoy—and please send any recommendations for me to check out!”
As for movies, Obama was a fan of One Battle After Another, Sinners, Hamnet and more, as well as books Mark Twain by Ron Chernow and The Book of Records by Madeleine Thien, amongst others.
