On Dec. 16, In the Christmas-themed episode of Saturday Night Live, the pop star and comedian teamed up for the “Whiskers R We” sketch about a pet store’s “Holiday Cat-tacular” adoption campaign.
The track was introduced by director Greta Gerwig and host Kate McKinnon, who also featured in a few musical sketches with Maya Rudolph and Kristen Wiig. Eilish’s guest slot follows recent appearances from Olivia Rodrigo, Noah Kahan, Tate McRae, and Boygenius.
Apart from both the tracks, Eilish also performed in the folky musical sketch “Tampon Farm” and “Whiskers R We,” a bit where she and McKinnon helmed a cat shelter in matching glasses and perms.
