Produced by Global Citizen and curated by Coldplay’s Chris Martin, FIFA launched its first-ever FIFA Club World Cup Final Halftime Show on Sunday (July 13), as Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain faced off on the pitch under balmy skies.
J Balvin kicked off the 15-minute halftime party with his moombahton anthem “Mi Gente.” Dressed head-to-toe in white, the Colombian superstar was joined by dancers and drummers showcasing the vibrant colors of his homeland.
Tems kept the energy flowing with her soulful “Love Me Jeje,” gliding across the stage in a sparkling off-shoulder black top and heels while delivering the guitar-laced track’s soothing vibes. Balvin then returned to fire up the crowd with “Reggaeton.”
Doja Cat closed out the show in high gear with her empowering hit “Woman.” She rocked a dazzling red and blue Adidas dress adorned with custom Swarovski crystals and Samba heels, serving a look that channeled both Sporty and Baby Spice. She also teased fans with a hint at her upcoming album, as “Vie” was boldly displayed across her midsection.
