English singer-songwriter, James Blake has shared the details of 1st album, “Trying Times” on Good Boy Records. Check out the tracklist below.
Two years after splitting from Republic Records, James Blake is officially stepping into a new era with Trying Times, his first fully independent studio album. The 12-track project arrives March 13 via his own Good Boy Records, and it’s being introduced by the powerful lead single “Death of Love,” featuring the London Welsh Male Voice Choir, out now.
The 12-track LP includes guest appearances from UK rapper Dave and Los Angeles singer Monica Martin. Blake first hinted at Trying Times earlier this week, teasing the project through the website tryingtimes.info. In a press statement, he described the album as a reflection on the nonstop pressure and intensity of modern life.
