The “2 Be Loved (Am I Ready)” singer Lizzo recently posted on Instagram that she feels good about her mental health progress. Check out the video below.
On Tuesday (Aug. 27), Lizzo shared a video on Instagram resembling a three-year-old clip of herself with what she looks like now. “I wasn’t gonna post this on IG but 2021 me would be soooo proud of 2024 me,” she wrote in her caption.
She added, “And I’m NOT only talking about my body if yall only KNEWWWW what I’ve done for my mental & emotional health in the last year… wheeeew don’t worry imma write a album about it 🤭”
Last year, Lizzo teamed up with SZA for the latest remix of her album track, “Special,” which marked the title track of Lizzo’s most recent full-length, released last summer 2022.
