Ozzy Osbourne passed away on July 22, and newly revealed details from his death certificate shed light on his final hours. According to The New York Times, an air ambulance was dispatched to his residence near Chalfont St. Giles in Buckinghamshire, England, that day to deliver advanced critical care. The helicopter then traveled roughly eight miles to Harefield Hospital in Uxbridge, London, where it remained for about an hour with its engines running.
