Ravyn Lenae Team Up With Childish Gambino For New Track, ‘One Wish’

Singer-songwriter, Ravyn Lenae has teamed up with Childish Gambino for the new track titled ‘One Wish.’ Watch the full music video below.

The track, “‘One Wish’ is one of the most important songs on the album because it highlights the complex relationship I’ve had with my Dad,” she stated.

The track will appear on her upcoming album ‘Bird’s Eye’, which will be released on August 9 via Atlantic Records. It is now available for pre-orders and pre-saving on digital platforms.

“The lyrics remember my 10th birthday and feeling upset that he couldn’t make it. It was important for me to address these built-up emotions in song for us to now be on a beautiful path of genuinely learning [about] each other and rekindling. Something valuable I’ve learned is being able to really humanize my loved ones and understand the context around people more deeply. I love you Dad and so happy we’re here.”

Earlier this month, Childish Gambino dropped a single titled ‘Lithonia.’ Was co-produced by Glover, Ludwig Göransson, Max Martin, and Michael Uzowuru.
