Rina Sawayama Celebrates Ho-Down Wedding In New Video Song, “This Hell” – Watch Here

Japanese-British singer & songwriter, Rina Sawayama has shared her new music video song named “This Hell.” Watch the official music video song below.

The video is directed by Ali Kurr, and executive produced by Mayling Wong. In the clip, Rina gets clamped at a ho-down wedding and celebrates her nuptials with a slew of pals in cowboy hats in the glitzy clip.

The new track will appear on her upcoming album, “Hold The Girl” which will be out on September 2 – pre-order by clicking here.

“It was amazing to get back together with director Ali Kurr (‘XS,’ ‘Bad Friend’) for the video for ‘This Hell,’” Sawayama said in a press release. “We always like to tell engaging stories through film together so this one was about love and community in the face of hatred and dissent.”

She sings, “Saw a poster on the / Corner opposite the motel / Turns out I’m going to hell / If I keep on being myself / Don’t know what I did / But they seem pretty mad about it / God hates us? Alright then! / Buckle up at dawn we’re riding.”
