DisneyMusic Vevo shared the official music video song “Zoo” by Shakira from their upcoming movie “Zootopia 2.” Watch the official music video below.
In the three-minute teaser, the Colombian superstar steps fully into her Gazelle persona, donning a series of dazzling, Gazelle-inspired outfits. The video also features her sharing the screen with a cast of animated favorites, including Judy Hopps (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin), Nick Wilde (voiced by Jason Bateman), Gary De’Snake (voiced by Ke Huy Quan), and Nibbles Maplestick (voiced by Fortune Feimster).
The music video, which combines her real life performance with footage from the film, was directed by Hannah Lux Davis. It’s set in multiple environments from the movie, including the Zootenial Gala celebrating the 100th anniversary of the city’s weather walls; the Zootopia Express; and a scene at a steep cliffside that Shakira scales with Judy and Nick.
Co-written by Ed Sheeran, Blake Slatkin, and Shakira, “Zoo” arrived in October as the Colombian star’s latest release. The track serves as a follow-up to her 2016 hit “Try Everything,” originally featured in Zootopia. Fans will also be able to grab a limited-edition 7-inch purple vinyl of the single. Zootopia 2 is slated to hit theaters on Wednesday, Nov. 26.
Also, recently, Shakira headlined the Global Citizen Festival, which revealed its 2025 main headliners include artists The Weeknd and Shakira.
