HBO shared the official teaser 2 of The Weeknd, Moses Sumney, and Mike Dean’s upcoming American drama “The Idol.” Watch the full teaser below.
The clip was released during the musician’s concert in Las Vegas last night and has since dropped online.

The series was created by the Weekend, Reza Fahim, and Euphoria‘s Sam Levinson – stars Abel Tesfaye and Lily-Rose Depp as a couple immersed in what The Idol promises is “the sleaziest love story in all of Hollywood.”
Last slip, HBO revealed that Troye Sivan, TV on the Radio’s Tunde Adebimpe, Anne Heche, Suzanna Son, Melanie Liburd, Steve Zissis, Elizabeth Berkley Lauren, and Nico Hiraga would star in The Idol with Depp and Tesfaye. Several of the cast members were revealed in the show’s first trailer.
Recently, The Weeknd teamed up with Summer Walker for the latest remix song named “Best Friends,” unlisted on his 2021 LP Dawn FM. Currently, The Weeknd is on the road for his 2022 North American tour in support of his latest album Dawn FM.
