1- Tai Lung
Tai Lung is one of the most powerful villains in the Kung Fu Panda series. Ian McShan voiced the main antagonist of Kung Fu Panda. Snow Leopard Tai became a Kung fu pro under Shifu’s guidance, who adopted him as his son.
However, he has not been an antagonist since the beginning. Tai Lung became enraged after Master Oogway refused him for the Dragon Scroll and Shifu didn’t support him.
Tai Lung also mastered the Leopard Style of kung fu. He wants power but not for the sake of others.
2- Lord Shen
Lord Shen portrayed the main antagonist of the Kung Fu Panda 2. Gongmen City Prince Shen wants to conquer and clear all the pandas in China with his gunpowder weapons.
Shen is extremely cruel, he never forgives if someone offends him. He was involved in the genocide of the pandas because he heard that he would be defeated by a warrior of black and white in the future.
Po’s mother lost her life in the genocide and he has to go to Mr. Ping. Gary Oldman voiced Lord Shen in the film series.
3- Bad Po
As the name implies, Bad Po is an alias of Po. The Mystical Mirror of Yin and Yang divided Po into two parts. These two Po’s have different qualities, Bad Po is a cruel Po while Good Po is humble and quiet.
Bad Po also possesses the qualities of a Dragon Warrior as Po. It became a nightmare for Po because he had to pay for all the misdeeds of Bad Po.
Bad Po also imprisoned Shifu and Po but they managed to escape. Mick Wingert voiced both Po and Bad Po.
4- Kai the Collector
Kai the Collector aka General Kai played the villainic role in Kung Fu Panda 3 and Kung Fu Panda 4. He became a Spirit Warrior and stole the chi of every Kungfu master.
The vigorous bull was once a close friend of Master Oogway. Their friendship turns into rivalry when Kai desires to collect the chi to attain immense power. They fought a deadly battle with each other.
Kai hates Oogway because he believes that Oogway betrayed him. His deeds were the reason Oogway went against him.
5- Boss Wolf

The leader of the Crocodile Bandits band, Fung appeared in Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness. John DiMaggio voiced the crocodile in the series. He always behaves like a boss and orders everyone.
Fung is under control only when he gets afraid. He combats his opponents with weapons. However, he also possesses kung fu skills for defense.
The egoistic crocodile used to wear a classic Chinese helmet and Bandit armor, including a leather studded wristband and baggy pants. Fung is also known as Dirk in the franchise.
7- Bian Zao
Bian Zao is the son of the antagonist Taotie. He never feels interested in his father’s unconventional plans. Taotie wants to defeat Shifu and get the Jade Palace by hook or crook, but Bian is not thrilled with such activities.

10- Boar
Boar played the major villain in the film Kung Fu Panda: Secrets of the Scroll. He is an antelope who wants to fight with Shifu and defeat him. He is a self-centered person and likes to praise himself.
The antelope pretends to be highly intelligent but he is not. He can’t pronounce long words well. He wants to fight and defeat all Kung Fu masters for his pleasure.
Boar went to fight with Shifu. But he faced Tigress because Shifu fell sick. Tigress with the five aids defeated Boar.
11- The Chameleon
The Chameleon is one of the most powerful villains appeared in the film Kung Fu Panda 4. Viola Davis voiced the sorceress. She has big eyes, a spiky tail, and sharp teeth.

Granny Boar appeared in the film Kung Fu Panda 4 as an antagonist. Lori Tan Chinn voiced the elderly pig Granny Boar.
She is the owner of the Happy Bunny Tavern and the oppressive leader of a group of bandits.
After the film events, Granny Boar creates a new bar to replace the Happy Bunny Tavern, which was destroyed.
