Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo to star in the upcoming new ‘Wicked’ movie. The official trailer of the movie has been released. Watch the trailer below.

Jon M. Chu’s directed movie will hit the theaters on Wednesday, November 27. Beyond Grande and Erivo, the film stars Michelle Yeoh, Jeff Goldblum, Jonathan Bailey, Ethan Slater, Marissa Bode, Bowen Yang, Bronwyn James, Keala Settle, and Peter Dinklage.

Meanwhile the second part of the ‘Wicked Part Two‘ is scheduled for release on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.

Wicked, the untold story of the witches of Oz, stars Emmy, Grammy and Tony-winning powerhouse Cynthia Erivo (Harriet, Broadway’s The Color Purple) as Elphaba, a young woman, misunderstood because of her unusual green skin, who has yet to discover her true power, and Grammy-winning, multi-platinum recording artist and global superstar Ariana Grande as Glinda, a popular young woman, gilded by privilege and ambition, who has yet to discover her true heart.

Recently, Ariana Grande dropped her long-awaited latest album titled ‘Eternal Sunshine.’ The seventh studio album was released on March 8 (Today). Eternal Sunshine houses 13 tracks, all penned by the two-time Grammy winner and co-produced with the legendary Martin.
