The American rapper, Big Sean has shared the preview of his upcoming album Detroit 2 named ‘Don Life’ featuring the hip hop artist, Lil Wayne. Watch the full video below.
After the announcement of his upcoming album ‘Detroit 2,’ a sequel to his 2012 mixtape, the rapper shared the preview video now. The album will be released on 4th Sep 2020 (next month). Sean shared the video via Twitter and wrote that “8 years ago I did this with the 1st Detroit Mixtape where I previewed a few songs wit short visuals, so it’s only right we run it back! Song: Don Life (1 of my favorites) Directed by Detroit’s own @JerryPHD Leggo.”
“Detroit, to me, is home but I feel like it’s more than just a city, you know?” he said. “It’s, for real, a mentality.” Meanwhile, Big Sean also unveiled a line of “Detroit 2” themed merchandise at his online store, including a branded face mask.

He hasn’t disclosed the tracklist yet, or nor whether Sean will probably be tapping in with some heavy hitters. But given his status and previously collaboration report, it wouldn’t be shocking to see a couple of big names hopping aboard.

Today(28th Aug) Rapper, Lil Wayne also dropped his brand new mixtape called ‘No Ceilings.’ The updated new version uploaded to the streaming platform features 12 tracks of the original 21. In August 2020, Wayne confirmed that both the Tha Carter VI and the third installment in the No Ceilings series is on the way.
