Indy Yelich says, “Threads is out now. I’ve been secretly working away at music for 4 years and I’m finally ready to share this part of me with you. This song is about the ups and downs of being in love at 23. I think of a passionate argument, waiting for a text, going to east village bars with friends in NYC, and the chaos & beauty of how the night could unfold. Walking home at 1 am with music blasting in your headphones and just watching the world go by.
“I remember going to the studio with a poem and the lovely @lizzyland helped me form it into this song along with @badhombredelasalsa with the dream synths!! @miro_mackie for mixing. I knew right after we made it that this was the first thing that had to come out. I hope you love it as much as I have loved living with it this past year. & threads video coming very soon”
