American singer, T-Pain has teamed up with Yaeji and Girl Talk for a new track titled “Believe in Ya.” Listen to the full song below.
The track samples Change’s 1981 single “Hold Tight.” In a statement, Girl Talk said, “T-Pain is a living legend and an absolute master of his craft. It was an honor to make music with him again.” The producer continued, “I was excited about getting T-Pain on some sample-based production. He has such a distinctive vocal style, and I wanted to put it into a complimentary but unique musical environment. I wanted to give him a different sound, something that takes elements from the past but transforms it into a modern style.”
Yaeji added, “It was a joy to create music that’s positive and uplifting, especially alongside T-Pain and Girl Talk.” Previously, Girl Talk and T-Pain had teamed up on 2019’s “Getcha Roll On.” In 2023, Yaeji dropped a video song named “For Granted.”
